The Early Days
Patrick McDonald, Michelin-starred Chef and celebrated Restaurateur, brings his wealth of knowledge and wisdom within the hospitality industry to The Crown. His career began at renowned establishments such as The Dorchester in London, where he worked under the legendary Anton Mosimann. Patrick’s journey continued with his first restaurant, The Epicurean, in the heart of the Cotswolds, which quickly gained accolades including multiple AA Rosettes and Michelin stars.

The Consultancy
Patrick has also served as a Food & Beverage/Hospitality Consultant to prestigious names such as Harvey Nichols, the Burj Al Arab Hotel, and The Eden Project. His influence has spanned across the globe, developing successful food and beverage concepts in cities like London, Dubai, Paris, and Moscow.
His passion for quality, perfection and sustainability, coupled with his classic yet innovative approach to cuisine, has made him a leader in the industry.
