🌿 Foraging Walk with Expert Forager Simon

Join us for a guided spring foraging walk through the local countryside, led by expert forager Simon, and discover the abundance of edible wild plants right on our doorstep.

We’ll set off from The Crown and explore the surrounding area on a gentle 1–3 mile walk, learning how to safely identify seasonal wild ingredients, with a particular focus on wild garlic and early spring finds. Simon will share his knowledge, tips, and stories along the way, making this a fascinating experience for beginners and nature lovers alike.

After the walk, we’ll return to The Crown to warm up with a homemade wild garlic soup served with sourdough, followed by a relaxed Q&A session with Simon, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions and deepen your understanding of foraging.
