About the event
Join us at The Crown for a very special Festive Diwali celebration with a menu curated specially by Suki Pantal.
Suki Pantal is a published cookbook author and food columnist whose cooking celebrates India’s diverse food traditions, from family favourites to the distinctive flavours of its many regions.
She is the author of Garnish with Garam Masala and No Worries, Just Chicken Curries, which showcases regional Indian home cooking. Her recipes have featured in Waitrose Magazine, The Sunday Times, Stylist and The Week. Suki also appeared on Channel 4’s The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver.
Diwali, the festival of lights, celebrates hope, new beginnings and togetherness. For Suki, food is an important part of the festivities, bringing family and friends together through cherished recipes and shared meals. Through her cooking, she celebrates not only the flavours of India but also the traditions, stories and culture behind them.
